Beautiful calm, serene ambiance. Great food and excellent service. Extremely reasonably priced for the Ritz. Extra special thank you to Santiago for finding me to give me my cellphone which had accidentally fallen out of my handbag. Also thank you for being a gem to take pictures of us and the celebs at the hotel. Thank you Santiago for providing an impeccable and exceptional customer experience back to back two days in a row. Lano and the Ritz Carlton are super blessed to have you on staff. Would highly recommend this place definitely a 5 star.

Great spot, good service, good food and drinks. Calm atmosphere, nice spot to enjoy and relax. Stuff is a bit pricey but expected for being within the Ritz-Carlton.

Such a wonderful concept to bring something so unique to the Ritz Toronto. We absolutely love everything about LANO - the staff, the coffee, the antipasto and the vibe!!!! … the gelato!!! We love the drinks here - Harsh is an amazing bartender who has a lot of knowledge about mixology and goes out of his way to make you feel extra special. This place is great during the day for a small bite and coffee with friends, or bring your laptop to work, have a small business meeting… also at night to pre-drink and have some apps before going out. We love LANO This is a unique gem in Toronto. Very Euro vibe. Kudos to the designers.

I had my daughter Ushpreet’s bridal shower here. All of her friends enjoyed the food, service & overall ambiance. Above all our host Harsh went over & beyond to make the experience so delightful. I’m so glad we chose this place to create everlasting memories

This is one of favourite cafes/restaurant in the city, it’s such a hidden gem. Great service every time I go in, special shout out to Julia and harsh as well another gentleman who recently just started. Love the ambiance and how relaxing it is, it’s my getaway spot from the city chaos. This is one of the few places I’ve been that have uphold a courteous and welcoming etiquette towards guest, the service industry has generally gone down but this place makes sure to uphold exceptional customer services.
